4 Month Check-up
The boys are growing!! Ethan now weights 12lbs 5oz and Lucas weighs 12lbs 10oz. Wait a minute, is that right? Oh yes, Lucas is now bigger than his big brother. He has not only caught up in weight but has surpassed Ethan. WOW. Very proud!! They do all the things off the checklist that they should be doing by 4 months, except rolling over. The dr said it isn't a big deal though. We're just going to continue to work on it each day. We discussed rice cereal and decided to hold off on that too until their able to hold their necks up a little better. Again, she said she was very pleased with how they're doing and it's not a big deal at this point. She said lots of babies aren't ready right at 4 months for cereal and those who are physically don't always take to it so it's nothing to worry about. We'll just work on that too. That's why I'm home with them!! They got their shots too. They cried but thankfully their cries weren't as painful as their 2 month shots!!! They are back to their happy demeanor now :) Smiles all over the place. Oh how I love those smiles!

That's awesome, yeah for the little brownies, and you look awesome in these pictures!
They are so darn cute and yay for gaining weight! When I brought Kyle to the peds this week he weighed 12 lbs 5 oz - I couldn't believe it! It's so reassuring when they gain weight that they are growing like they should be. :)

The shots get better every month, until they recognize the moment you enter the pediatricians office and start crying at about 15 months. If only they knew we do it for their health :)
